On behalf of a well-established company operating in a professional services environment, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, organized workplace. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Beirut, Lebanon.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of day-to-day office operations, providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support across teams. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting management, and ensuring a professional office environment while balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and teams.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, filing systems, and document management.
  • Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative tasks and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support onboarding activities and general team coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is essential; French is a plus.
