Overview:
Architect who pairs rigorous design thinking with strong storytelling skills. This role is for someone who can shape architectural ideas into clear, compelling narratives form early concepts through realized spaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead architectural & spatial design concept development with a focus on narrative, experience, and clarity of intent
Translate complex design ideas into clear stories for clients, collaborators and teams.
Shape spatial sequences material strategies and form around a strong conceptual framework
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture & spatial design,
Guide design quality through drawings models renderings and presentations.
Present confidently to clients and stakeholders articulate design vision and rationale
Balance creative ambition with technical budgetary and schedule constraints
Qualifications & ability:
years of experience in architecture or design led studios.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept driven architectural work.
Proven ability to communicate design through storytelling diagrams and presentations.
Solid understanding of architectural design materials and construction processes.
Experience working from concept through design development ( construction knowledge a plus)
Narrative development & visual storytelling
Client presentation & communication
Design software proficiency (Rhino, Revit, Adobe or similar)
