Dr. Costi House of Beauty, a luxurious dermatological clinic, is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to assist with various administrative and support tasks. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, ensuring a smooth workflow, and providing assistance to staff members. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and positive attitude will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Office Supplies Management: Ensure availability and cleanliness of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and bathroom essentials. Beverage Stations Maintenance: Monitor and refill beverage stations, such as coffee, tea, water, and refreshments, as needed. Mail and Parcel Handling: Collect and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and packages to the appropriate recipients. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain office supply inventory, notifying designated personnel when restocking is required. Administrative Support: Provide support to the administrative team in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as assigned. General Errands and Deliveries: Perform general errands, including purchasing office supplies, running official errands, and making deliveries as required. Staff Support: Offer general support to staff members. Professional Interaction: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with staff members. Safety and Security Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well -being of staff and visitors. Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements Education & Experience ●       High School diploma or equivalent. ●       Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role Competencies & Skills ●       Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (French language skills are a plus). ●       Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. ●       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ●       Proactive and helpful attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team. ●       Basic knowledge of office equipment operation. ●       Familiarity with general office procedures and etiquette. ●       Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast -paced environment. ●       High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. ●       Physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks, including lifting and carrying.
