MindMatter, a Markitech company that handles projects from A to Z, is hiring a Mid-Level Data Governance Consultant to help leading Lebanese banks and financial institutions strengthen how they manage, protect, and leverage their data.
This role bridges strategy and execution — ideal for consultants who can translate frameworks into working models, drive workshops, and ensure policies and controls turn into daily practice.

Role Summary
Support the delivery of data governance assessments, workshops, and frameworks within banking and financial institutions. Act as the bridge between strategic recommendations and operational implementation across domains like data quality, flows, controls, and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct working-level workshops with business and IT teams (credit, compliance, operations).
• Map data flows for core banking processes — onboarding, lending, reporting, and monitoring.
• Contribute to drafting policies (classification, ownership, access, third-party, metadata, etc.).
• Assist in DCAM maturity scoring and heatmap visualization.
• Gather regulatory, technical, and business requirements for framework development.
• Collaborate with senior leads to align client needs with delivery outputs and quality standards. ⸻ Required Profile
• 4–8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or compliance within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of Lebanese financial operations (retail and corporate).
• Proven ability to document, map, and structure governance frameworks.
• Confident running mid-sized workshops and coordinating across departments.
