Were currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our Human Resources team particularly in recruitment and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and JazzHR is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
