Join our customer's team as a Corporate Finance Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic financial decisions. You will leverage your finance expertise to provide actionable insights, drive robust analysis, and support critical business initiatives in a dynamic, remote environment. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement advanced financial models to support business planning and strategic decisions.
Analyze financial statements, capital structures, and investment opportunities to maximize value creation.
Provide expert guidance on corporate funding, M&A activities, and risk management strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
Support financial due diligence processes and assist in negotiations on key transactions.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform proactive financial planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven track record in corporate finance, including financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Demonstrated success in collaborating across teams and influencing decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
Experience in corporate finance advisory or consulting roles.
Familiarity with international finance regulations and global markets.
