Job Summary:
Join our team as an Expert Recruiter - Finance and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition within the financial sector. You will leverage your deep finance expertise to deliver targeted recruitment projects for leading organizations in banking, investment, and accounting, while championing process improvements and stakeholder engagement. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious finance professionals to transition into the world of recruitment, making a tangible impact through data-driven human capital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and building trusted partnerships.
Utilize human data recruitment methodologies to source, assess, and recommend top financial talent.
Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to deliver seamless project management across multiple hiring initiatives.
Maintain a keen sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Produce insightful reports and written communications to inform stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in finance, banking, investment, or accounting; strong understanding of industry concepts and trends is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information with clarity and professionalism.
Demonstrated project management abilities, with a track record of executing on-time, data-driven initiatives.
Experience in stakeholder management, building and maintaining productive relationships with diverse teams and clients.
Sound judgment and a relentless drive to achieve ambitious goals, combined with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Comfort with process improvement, automation, and problem-solving in dynamic settings.
Genuine interest in human data recruitment, talent acquisition innovation, and making a measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes (not required, but beneficial).
Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.
Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
