Job Description
As a Security Officer - Flex Access Specialist in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Your presence and exceptional customer service will play a key role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and/or contractors as required.Assist with implementing and following site-specific access control procedures and policies.Provide customer service to all individuals entering or exiting the location, addressing inquiries and assisting as needed.Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.Support emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols for the location.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
