Adapt of Missouri, a subsidiary of Compass Health Network, has been serving the St. Louis metropolitan area since 1982. While Adapt operates as a for-profit organization, it shares our commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered mental health services. Adapt specializes in community-based support for adults with mental health conditions, focusing on recovery-oriented services such as psychosocial rehabilitation and case management that foster independence and meaningful community engagement.  
Royal Oaks Hospital serves all acute behavioral health care inpatient needs for children and adolescents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our multi-disciplinary team continually strives to set the standards in patient safety and are committed to providing the highest quality of care.
