Sales Support & International Logistics Specialist
Location: Sin El Fil | Salary: USD 1,500 1,800 per month

Dash-Recruits is on the hunt for a detail-obsessed coordinator who can steer an order from first quote to final delivery across oceans, runways, and customs checkpoints. If you can juggle suppliers, freight forwarders, and spreadsheets without breaking a sweat, step up.

What You'll Own

  • Front-line client support respond fast, quote accurately, and win trust.
  • Supplier synergy confirm availability, pricing, and lead times so every promise lands on schedule.
  • Paperwork precision craft sales orders, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and packing lists that are spotless.
  • Shipment orchestration arrange air, sea, and land freight; track each leg; solve hiccups before they snowball.
  • Regulatory compliance generate and verify shipping docs (invoice, packing list, AWB, B/L, etc.) and stay on top of import/export rules.
  • Data vigilance keep product specs, prices, and client requirements sharp and up to date.
  • Cash-flow control issue invoices promptly and pursue payments with professional persistence.
  • Relationship management liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Lead follow-through nurture quotes, track opportunities, and fuel future sales.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 35 years in sales coordination, logistics, or procurement hands-on with both air and sea freight.
  • Strong communication and negotiation chops; English a must, French or Arabic a bonus.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Excel, SAP, or similar).
  • Dead-accurate attention to detail you spot the one typo that could stall a shipment.
  • High-speed multi tasking you thrive when priorities pivot by the minute.
