Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Human Resources Director to lead our HR function across multiple markets in the MENA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives that support our growth and expansion plans.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional labor laws, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and hands-on experience setting up HR operations from scratch. They will possess strong operational instincts and be able to work cross-culturally, managing local sensitivities while driving group-wide alignment.
This role requires a pragmatic HR strategist who can design and implement unified group HR policies, oversee local HR teams, and standardize job evaluation and compensation governance. The successful candidate will also be able to develop regional talent acquisition strategies, partner with legal and compliance teams, and introduce people analytics platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a regional or group-level HR leadership role covering multiple markets in the MENA region.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and hands-on experience setting up HR operations in KSA or similarly regulated GCC markets.
- Familiarity with oil and gas, energy, or industrial services environments, including workforce planning for both blue- and white-collar labor forces.
