Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant

As a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering successful end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting.
You will work closely with the onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. Your exceptional foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation, will be essential in ensuring quality project delivery of all deliverables produced.
In addition to your technical knowledge, you will also be responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, completing gap/fit analysis, and demonstrating awareness of scope creep and change control. You will lead solution design decisions, create solution documentation, and provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of projects.
Occasional involvement in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) would be beneficial. You will also identify practice development activities and help define how these will be delivered.
Internal processes and mandatory training must be completed in a timely manner. As a representative of our clients' Microsoft Business Solutions team, you are expected to maintain a professional and positive image at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Expertise in multiple D365FO functional areas, including Finance, Project Operations, Warehouse, Field Service, and Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience working with industry-standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with various operating systems
