In-Market Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Market Supply Chain Professional to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon.

This exciting role will involve leading the demand planning process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal inventory coverage.

• Responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated business plans, managing supply networks, and ensuring accurate forecasting and ordering processes.
• You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Your expertise in tender management, logistics, and shipping will enable you to effectively manage distributor relationships and optimize order processing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning: Develop and implement integrated business plans, manage supply networks, and ensure accurate forecasting and ordering processes.
• Tender Management: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Logistics and Shipping: Manage distributor relationships, optimize order processing and fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• BA or BSc degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• +5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, tender management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-driven individual with a strong background in supply chain management and excellent leadership skills.

Main Performance Measures:

• Contribute to the Global RD&S Scorecard (MAPE/BIAS, OTIF, COR).
• Orchestrate/contribute to the monthly IBP Demand Review Process with stakeholders.
• Order Processing on time per defined LOC RD&S matrix.

Technical Skills:

• Demand and Supply Planning.
• Inventory Management fundamentals.
• Tender Management.
• Ordering-to-Invoice process.
• Shipments Follow up/logistics & shipping fundamentals.
