HubSpot CRM Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage and optimize HubSpot Sales & Marketing CRM Platforms for our clients. This contract-based role offers an opportunity to provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot's suite of tools and be able to develop and execute innovative strategies to meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities">Manage and maintain multiple client accounts within the HubSpot CRM ecosystem.
Develop and execute customized solutions using HubSpot's toolset to meet specific client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the HubSpot platform.
Configure and customize HubSpot environments based on client requirements, including automation workflows, analytics filters, and report building.
Provide training and support to clients on proficient use of the HubSpot platform.
Analyze performance metrics within HubSpot to recommend strategic improvements and optimize the CRM ecosystem.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HubSpot features and trends to continually contribute to growing our social media presence.
Work on internal projects outside of CRM Support, such as website development and maintenance, content creation, and project management.
At least 1-2 years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, preferably with Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub.
2-3 years of experience in a B2B business environment.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently.
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Technical skills including SQL and HTML.
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
French language proficiency.
