Renewable Energy Innovation Assistant Intern

The Renewable Energy Innovation Assistant Intern will play a key role in supporting our team as we work to promote sustainable energy solutions in developing countries.

As a member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting with background analysis and research related to renewable energy and energy efficiency systems.

You will also support the implementation of projects, including studies, assessments, and research on policies and programs that promote sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with site visits and data collection surveys
• Researching and identifying possible energy efficiency measures and renewable energy measures
• Supporting the project team in monitoring implemented activities and related publications
• Preparing energy-related presentations and technical documents
• Supporting the development of detailed design and bidding documents for proposed energy solutions
• Developing content and communication materials such as videos, newsletters, social media, and websites

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about renewable energy and sustainable development.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A postgraduate degree in renewable energy or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field and recent graduation
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with software such as Autocad, PV Syst, Helioscope, TSOL, Homer, and Energy Plus
• Knowledge of French is a plus
