Job Description
The Energy Innovation Assistant will support the project team in developing innovative solutions for sustainable energy. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting site visits and data collection surveys
  • Researching and identifying energy efficiency measures and renewable energy opportunities
  • Assisting with monitoring and evaluation of implemented activities
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and technical documents
  • Participating in workshops, webinars, and trainings related to capacity building and energy stakeholders


Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme in Renewable Energy or a related field, or have recently graduated with a university degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency measures, preferably with knowledge of software tools like Autocad, PV Syst, Helioscope, TSOL, Homer, and Energy Plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required, with knowledge of French being an added advantage
