We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership office in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the ability to communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of filing systems, common office procedures, and organizational tools
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-up on actions
• Draft, format, and translate official correspondence and documents
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and manage front desk operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - formatting, data organization, and presentation skills must be advanced
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
