Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Governance Specialist. This role will involve providing expertise in governance policies, risk management strategies, and board support. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and the ability to evaluate and optimize internal control frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and relevant qualifications such as CPA, CIA, ACCA, CRMA, GRCP, or GRCA. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Relevant and valid qualifications such as CPA, CIA, ACCA, CRMA, GRCP, or GRCA
  • Proven experience in governance, risk management, or audit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports and presentations
  • Strong soft skills: communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and client relationship management
