Food and Beverage Services Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Services Associate. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service and storage areas are safe, clean, and locked.
To be successful in this role, you must be punctual, wear the correct uniform with name badge, and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include gathering and transporting supplies, performing side duties, reporting any deviations from standard procedures, and maintaining equipment. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest complaints and requests, and collaborating with other staff members to achieve our goals.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. - Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
