Cashier Position Available

The cashier plays a vital role in daily operations and customer service. Key responsibilities include executing morning and end-of-day procedures, providing excellent customer service, conducting end-of-day reconciliations, collaborating with team members, communicating customer inquiries, promoting new products, and supporting customers.

1. Morning Procedures:
   • Prepare for daily cash and digital operations.
2. Customer Service and Transactions:
   • Assist customers with various transactions.
   • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. End-of-Day Reconciliations:
   • Verify the accuracy of transactions, balances, and account activities.
4. Team Collaboration and Customer Support:
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
5. Product Promotion and Campaign Support:
   • Promote new products or campaigns.

This position requires an entry-level candidate with basic PC knowledge, familiarity with electronic equipment, good math skills, excellent communication and time management skills, and a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.

Familiarity with similar retail products or customer service roles is preferable but not necessary. Training will be provided on-the-job. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time cashier position with regular working hours from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm at our main branch. The successful candidate will be trained at our Sin El Fil location and may be relocated once new branches become operational.
