Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to oversee the growth and development of assigned product categories.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance metrics.

  • Responsibilities include managing product assortment, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive category success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product offerings and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product selection and pricing decisions.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product performance and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the furniture, mattress, or retail industry.

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a good understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Solid experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
