IT Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigates and diagnoses network and system problems.
  • Makes recommendations for improving the company's IT systems infrastructure.
  • Carries out routine configuration and installation of IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Maintains server, network, email system (including setting up new users and managing back-up, security and passwords).
  • Acts as the company's internet police, monitoring internet and email use.
  • Supports employees with their hardware and software computer needs.
  • Coordinates with Hosting and other Digital suppliers.

The IT Systems Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the company's IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

As a key member of the team, the IT Systems Manager will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network and system problems, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems infrastructure, and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT hardware and software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems and be able to provide expert-level support to employees with their hardware and software computer needs.
