Job SummaryWe are seeking a responsible and efficient Company Driver to transport company personnel safely and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will adhere to traffic laws, maintain vehicle upkeep, and ensure timely transportation of employees.
Working Conditions:
Official Working Hours:
oMonday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a half-hour break)
oSaturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Night Shifts:
Not available
Flexibility:
Must be ready to work during public holidays and weekends when needed
Requirements and Needed Skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver
Qualifications:
oValid driving license for cars or minibus
oStrong organizational skills
oExcellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
oAbility to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
oStrong attention to detail
oExcellent communication skills

oProficiency in using maps or GPS systems

oCommitment to follow the daily schedule set by the supervisor

Responsibilities and Obligations:
- Safely and responsibly transport employees from their residences to the company and vice versa according to a predetermined schedule
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, considering traffic and road conditions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to update delivery status and address any issues
- Assist with other duties as needed, including basic administrative tasks related to deliveries
- Report any vehicle-related issues promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all information related to the company, its operations, clients, and employees
- Abide by company policies and procedures
- Ensure ISO compliance
