As a Creative Director at Toters, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that drive business results. You will work closely with our product teams to create products that make our customers' lives easier, and with our engineers to create solutions that make our processes more efficient.

About the Role

The Creative Director is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and reviewing creative briefs, developing and evaluating creative concepts, and managing the workload to maximize productivity and quality of work from the creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
  • Develop and evaluate creative concepts, copy and art, at pre-determined points and provide direction prior to review by marketing
  • Manage the workload to maximize the productivity and quality of work from the creative team
  • Effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to our internal team
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Build on current social media toolkits while abiding by the brand book
  • Mentor and train team members, write performance reviews, and allocate work
Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the field
  • A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Successful experience in managing creatives
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effect or Premiere Pro)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet strict deadlines
