Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at SLEEP COMFORT As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Assist customers with product information, orders, delivery, and after-sales service.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the furniture and mattresses industry.
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (French is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A friendly and patient demeanor with a passion for helping people.
