Technical Consultant

Job Summary: Responsible for documenting and modeling or reviewing/editing customer’s requirements and business processes, executing test plans, conducting training, participating in the implementation and support of banking solutions. Job

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the analysis and design of customer’s business requirements
- Participate in modeling the business processes and requirements as per the banking industry standards
- Apprehend and navigate the software modules
- Assist in product enhancement
- Report on banking products’ improvements.
- Perform functional setup & parameters of the software
- Define & conduct functional test plans
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
- Conduct internal & customer’s training on the functionalities of the banking product
- Assist customers in User Acceptance Testing
- Write user guides and other functional documentation
- Write functional specifications
- Provide pre-sales support and product demonstration

Requirements:


Education:

- BS degree in MIS, or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- MBA is a plus Work

Experience:
Min 6 years of professional experience in banking software industry Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and French Technical

skills:

- Good knowledge in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Unix
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Banking industry (Banking Accounting practices; payments; etc…) Other
