We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, develop new markets, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales and marketing management, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct field sales activities, customer visits, and market development initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Set sales targets and follow up on team performance and individual KPIs.
• Coach and support sales team members to improve their performance and sales techniques.
• Negotiate with customers and business partners to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns professionally.

• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing management.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising a sales team.
• Strong field-sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new markets and acquire new customers.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
