Specialized in project delivery and customer management with proven expertise
Working with Projects Director on achieving above high level goals
Working with Projects Director and Technical Director/Managers and Client Representatives on establishing Projects delivery plans with Responsibilities Matrix
Follow Up on Projects Delivery Milestones with all parties
Coordinating Closely with Client Representatives and officially representing the company as general point of contact with the client
Review and Analysis of Client User Needs v/s projects scope and v/s GV systems and solutions
Working with Projects Director and Technical Director/Managers on defining clear logical/feasible/agreed-on documented scope and Confirming/Agreeing Officially with client accordingly
Auditing/Testing of Solutions prior to Delivery to Users
Getting Client Users Official Acceptance
Training Client Users
Supporting Users
Managing Delivery Support Team
Requirements
Engineering Degree.
Very advanced communication skills.
Proven track record of effective customer oriented approach.
Time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good team player.
