Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and increasing Kozma Curl Products sales through bricks & mortar and online resellers.
Responsibilities
-
Increase retail sales through bricks & mortar and online resellers.
-
Acquire new resellers, online, and offline, salons, retailers, etc..
-
Manage any sales rep that we potentially hire to sell to Salons
-
Reach out and acquire new retailers and wholesalers globally.

Reach out and acquire new online sellers.
-
Reach out and acquire new salons to sell to.
-
Manage all resellers
-
Provide customer service to resellers and manage their order fulfilment.
Requirements
Required Role Competencies
Communication

Good English Verbal & Written.

Experience

Sales Experience preferably beauty products or relatively similar products.

Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
