We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, achieving revenue targets, and helping build a corporate sales team in our company.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Must be comfortable with cold calls, email, and LinkedIn lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying potential opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitive trends.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  7. Negotiate and close major deals with key clients and strategic partners.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay up to date with industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Qualifications

  1. A proven track record of success in sales management is a must (minimum 4 years of experience)
  2. Must be fluent in English and Arabic (must have skill).
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  5. Sound knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  8. Working laptop and a strong internet connection are a must

Additional Information

Other Details

  • Company Location: Dubai
  • Salary Range: 12,260,000 LBP to 16,350,000 LBP
  • Work time: in accordance with Dubai (GST)

Based on sales results, the successful candidate may be asked to join the Dubai office.

Sales metrics from previous employment may be required in the hiring process.

The hiring process includes skill-based tests before proceeding to interviews.
