Our client is a Media & Social Networking company seeking to hire a "Community Manager" to be based in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and nurture online communities through active engagement.
- Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars tailored for community growth.
- Monitor social media platforms, gather insights, and track sentiment.
Respond promptly and effectively to community interactions (comments, messages, inquiries). - Foster brand advocacy and encourage user-generated content.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams for cohesive messaging aligned with the cultural aspects of the target market.
Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in community management or social media engagement.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; adept in content creation and editing in both languages.
- Skilled in designing and implementing effective content calendars.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and crisis management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital engagement strategies.
- Understanding or experience with AI-based content tools is advantageous.
