Procurement Coordinator

Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies.
Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries, lead times, and order confirmations.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production and Farm teams to ensure uninterrupted product flow.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
Support supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews.
Assist in cost control initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
