Project Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review of all types of submittals (material, shop drawing, as built, variation orders, etc.) and submission to client
- Liaison with BUTEC, the client, and the consultant
- Follow up with suppliers on technical requirements, installation process and material delivery to site
- Detailed simulation of PV systems on PVsyst
- Coordination between all parties within BUTEC working on the projects (procurement, design, planning, contracts, etc.)
- Coordination with the warehouse team for material dispatch to site
- Logistics coordination with sub-contractors in order to ensure smooth operation (personnel, material, equipment, etc.)
- Prepare closeout documents for all projects (testing & commissioning, handing over, O&M, technical file, etc.)
- Update project plan based on project advancement
- Prepare measurement sheets and payment certificates
- Tender and pre-qualification documents preparation for large scale projects
- Create PRs on Dynamics, and assist the PM on POs follow up
- Prepare minutes of meeting during technical and weekly meetings with the client/consultant
- Assist the PM in preparing presentations for client and management
- Other tasks based on project needs (e.g. Inspection on site, meetings on site, etc.)
Engineering degree 3-4 years of experience Member of/accredited from the national engineering body in his country English, French and Arabic languages skills written and spoken Good communication skills Good team member with concern for effectiveness, efficiency, quality and safety
