Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail/Sales Person in several branches of our roastery.

The ideal candidates will have a genuine passion, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth in a positive and inclusive work environment.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Highschool Diploma or higher

General Skills:

  • Performs job duties with care; is mindful and thorough
  • Takes personal responsibility for roastery operations
  • Communicates comfortably and competently with customers and co-workers
  • Works well in a team setting
