Area Manager

The Area Manager at Capital Partners will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated geographical area. This pivotal role involves ensuring that each store meets its sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The Area Manager will lead and motivate store teams, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Supervise and support store managers to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and operational guidelines.
• Analyze performance metrics across the area to identify trends and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive promotions, initiatives, and inventory management.
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation and customer service standards across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, provide guidance, and foster team development.
• Organize and facilitate regular training sessions for store managers and staff.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present regular reports on area performance to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with at least 2 years in an area or multi-store management position.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant retail management software.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
