CME is looking for an HR Intern to provide operational and analytical support to the HR Department in the areas of data processing, system integration, and recruitment operations, contributing to the ongoing HR transformation at the organizational level. The position aims to strengthen HR's data integrity, digitalization, and efficiency through hands -on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and/or other internal platforms. The intern will work closely with the HR, Legal, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of HR processes across departments and countries. The Key Responsibilities are:Support daily operations on Zoho Recruit and Zoho People, including data entry, record updates, and quality control.Clean, structure, and validate HR data (employee records, attendance, timesheets, contracts, etc.) ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist in identifying and resolving data duplication, inconsistencies, and cross -system issues, with attention to privacy and confidentiality.Help design and maintain a central HR database and ensure documentation is properly categorized and retrievable.Support the automation of HR processes and integrate HR data with other organizational tools (Finance, Admin, etc.) to streamline workflows.Support in piloting AI -enabled processes and deploy AI templates.Document processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.Assist in candidate shortlisting and initial screening through existing tools and platforms.Support in drafting standardized ToR templates for staff positions that integrate clear roles, responsibilities, and measurable KPIs.Help create and maintain a Job Description (JD) Library, ensuring templates are standardized and up to date.Identify missing or outdated JDs and support teams in completing or updating them using unified templates.Support in mapping training needs and compiling staff skill data for L&D planning.Generate and visualize HR analytics reports and dashboards (e.g., gender balance, staff mobility, recruitment timelines).Contribute to the development of HR handbooks, internal guidelines, and policy updates.Perform any other related tasks, as required by management. RequirementsBachelor's degree (or final -year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field.1–2 years of prior experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or data processing.Basic knowledge of HR systems; experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People is an asset.Proficient in Excel, data entry, and visualization tools (Power BI or similar desirable).Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Excellent English communication skills.Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and tools.Ability to work full -time on -site, aligned with Beirut time zone.Duration: 6 months (Full -time/on -site)  Disclaimer: We use Zoho Recruit and other AI tools to help review and organize job applications (for example, reading CVs, reorganizing, and extracting CV information).
