We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong construction project planning and management experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on on-site execution skills. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, designing, and managing construction and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate conditions and ensure work is performed according to approved plans.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates as required.
- Ensure safety protocols and construction guidelines are followed at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- Experience in construction project planning and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Solid on-site experience and understanding of construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
