Job DescriptionD360 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to provide technical leadership within our Portal and Automation team. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive our business mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our products in a 100% remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Define Technical Specifications:
Develop and define detailed technical specifications for software projects.
Infrastructure Understanding:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our current architecture and infrastructure.
Technology Mastery:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of all technologies utilized within the team.
Resource Management:
Efficiently manage resources, ensuring the ability to replace any team member when needed.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with shareholders and team members.
Role and Expectations:
Leadership and Project Management:
Lead and manage the IT team in designing, developing, and implementing software projects.
Ensure alignment of software development with business strategies through collaboration.
Provide technical expertise in decision-making, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
Technical Oversight:
Develop and maintain an understanding of application architectures, database schemas, and business processes.
Conduct code reviews and enforce good programming practices within the team.
