Responsibilities Overall Medical Leadership: Provide comprehensive medical leadership and strategic direction for the clinic, aligning with the clinic's mission, vision, and values. Team Supervision and Collaboration: Supervise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, including dermatologists, nurses, and technicians, to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Clinical Protocols and Policies: Develop and enforce clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to rigorous medical and ethical standards. Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, staying updated with industry advancements, and promoting professional development among the medical team. Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to medical staff, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Strategic Planning and Business Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and business development strategies to drive the clinic's success. Regulatory Compliance and Industry Trends: Stay informed about regulatory requirements, industry trends, and advancements in cosmetic dermatology, ensuring the clinic's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Patient Case Management: Oversee the management of patient cases, ensuring accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment plans, and optimal patient outcomes. Effective Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the medical team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration to enhance overall clinic operations. Patient Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction, promptly and effectively resolving any concerns or complaints to ensure a positive patient experience. Risk Management: Implement measures for risk management and patient safety, ensuring the clinic adheres to the highest standards of patient care Requirements Education & Experience ●       Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited medical school. ●       Board certification in Dermatology or a related specialty. ●       A minimum of 5 -7 years of clinical experience in cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on advanced treatments and procedures. ●       Previous leadership experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably as a Medical Director or similar role.
