About the RoleAs an Assistant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and building a fun, positive, high-performing culture. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves teamwork, and takes pride in operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits$48,000 annual salary

Support the General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and store performance goals
Deliver an unforgettable guest experience, handle customer feedback with professionalism, and coach team members to success
Leadership experience in restaurant, bakery, retail, or food service preferred
Dependable communicator who thrives under pressure and leads by example
Strong focus on teamwork, efficiency, time management, and attention to detail
Must have Saturday availability and year-round reliability
