Job Description Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of our client's digital sales channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.Develop and implement tailored strategies to increase sales performance through digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and other relevant channels.Analyze customer journey and user experience to identify pain points and recommend enhancements to drive conversions and sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to execute digital sales optimization initiatives.Utilize data analytics and metrics to track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital sales optimization, e-commerce, and customer behavior to drive innovation and maximize results.Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them align their digital sales efforts with their overall business goals.Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations, ensuring that sales optimization initiatives are delivering desired outcomes.
