Job Description:

AIAEC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in Lebanon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems that automate complex engineering and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure software applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing and clean coding principles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest practical innovations.
  • Document systems, workflows, and development standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
  • Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, , Django, .NET).
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
