We are seeking a full-time Search Marketing Strategist with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support a portfolio of six subsidiary companies.
As part of our portfolio marketing team, you will report directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager and collaborate with six company stakeholders across different industries. This role is critical in developing, executing, and optimizing organic and paid search marketing strategies that drive measurable growth across multiple businesses.
The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and an excellent communicator. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will regularly present insights, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and explain complex digital marketing results in a clear, business-focused ;
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for six portfolio companies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and site optimization.
- Monitor and improve search performance and indexing health via Google Search Console.
- Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across brands.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM / Google Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing across multiple companies.
- Test ad copy and creative variations to maximize ROI.
- Provide detailed reporting on paid campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Analytics & Tag Management
- Configure and manage Google Analytics (GA4) across company websites.
- Implement and troubleshoot tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Develop dashboards and portfolio-level reports for consolidated performance visibility.
- Translate data into actionable insights for portfolio-wide and company-specific initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Report to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, aligning strategies with portfolio-wide goals.
- Partner with six company stakeholders to balance individual brand needs with portfolio priorities.
- Communicate clearly in English to present performance reports, insights, and recommendations
- to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Recommend innovative search and analytics approaches to keep the portfolio competitive.
3 5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM (Google Ads).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-brand or multi-client marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in keyword research, paid media optimization, and analytics reporting.
- Solid technical understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present findings
- clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Must be able and willing to work in UTC/GMT -5 (Eastern Standard Time).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google certifications (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Prior experience in a portfolio, agency, or multi-stakeholder environment.
- 3 5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM (Google Ads).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-brand or multi-client marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience in keyword research, paid media optimization, and analytics reporting.
