As a Junior Creative Designer, you will take ownership of the day-to-day visual execution of the brand across multiple markets, working within the regional marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the visual execution of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across regional entities
  • Design and adapt creative assets for digital, social media, print, and corporate communications
  • Lead the design and rollout of event and exhibition materials
  • Develop creative visuals for marketing campaigns across multiple countries, adapting designs when needed while maintaining a unified brand identity
  • Create basic animations and motion graphics for social media, presentations, and digital platforms
  • Work on brand-building initiatives, including visual identity applications, templates, and branded materials
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into clear, impactful visual solutions
  • Proactively suggest creative improvements and ideas to elevate the brand s visual presence across markets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience (freelance work, internships, or personal projects count)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Basic knowledge of animation or motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
  • Good understanding of branding principles and visual identity
  • Experience or strong interest in social media content creation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with video editing tools
  • Experience creating content for corporate or brand-driven social media accounts
  • Knowledge of Canva or other digital design tools
