On behalf of our client a respected and established hospital we are recruiting a DSI (Directrice des Soins Infirmiers) / Surveillante Générale to oversee nursing operations, elevate patient-care standards, and ensure smooth coordination across all clinical departments. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands hospital dynamics deeply, and can lead teams with clarity, compassion, and authority. Key Responsibilities Oversee all nursing departments and ensure consistent adherence to clinical and operational standardsManage scheduling, rotations, and staffing plans to support optimal hospital flowSupervise and guide nursing teams; conduct evaluations and develop staff capabilitiesMaintain patient-care quality, infection-control practices, and hospital protocolsCollaborate closely with physicians, medical directors, and department headsImplement policies, ensure compliance, and support accreditation requirementsRespond to urgent hospital needs, incidents, and operational escalationsAct as the main point of coordination for nursing practices and daily service continuity What You Bring Proven experience as a Surveillante Générale, DSI, Nursing Supervisor, or similar senior clinical roleStrong leadership presence with the ability to manage large teamsDeep understanding of hospital operations, patient-care workflows, and clinical standardsExcellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, solutions-driven approachCommitment to professional ethics, patient safety, and continuous improvement Why This Role Matters This is a mission-critical leadership position.
