This role exists to to empower the organization by delivering strategic financial guidance and partnering with commercial teams to enhance revenue and profitability. By providing actionable insights, forecasting, supporting informed decision-making, and ensuring financial controls and compliance, the Commercial Finance Partner enables the Levant & Iraq region to achieve its growth objectives while upholding robust financial practices.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
• Lead quarterly financial forecasting activities to ensure accurate projections and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Development (CD) team, managing customer and consumer discounts to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and business objectives.
• Analyze and drive profitability by category and by country, identifying key opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Category and Marketing teams to support initiatives and deliver financial insights that enhance performance.
• Conduct monthly actuals financial analysis to track performance against targets and inform leadership of results.
• Manage both budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust financial plans and effective resource allocation.
• Perform pre- and post-promotion or activity ROI analysis to evaluate commercial effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Monitor and report on country and category profitability, providing actionable recommendations to drive sustained growth.
• Support the delivery of top & bottom-line targets, ensuring that revenue objectives are met through strategic financial partnership.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial finance, pricing analysis, or financial planning within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in SAP and Oracle Hyperion, demonstrating competence in financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Prior experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, showcasing the ability to collaborate closely with various business units to drive strategic financial decisions.
