We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Consultant at CSTouch Advisors. This is a unique opportunity for those who are keen on supporting social enterprises and SMEs in their transformation journeys, working closely with senior advisors and engaging directly with clients.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Consultant role at CSTouch Advisors is to provide bespoke coaching and advisory support to social enterprises and SMEs in their strategic planning and execution. The Consultant applies their skills in financial modeling, research, and analysis to design and facilitate the firm's capacity-building programs. They also maintain a strong relationship with clients, ensuring the delivery of quality project outputs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored coaching and advisory support to social enterprises and SMEs.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to design and facilitate capacity-building programs.
  • Develop financial models that align with clients' business strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform client solutions and enhance CSTouch's knowledge base.

Qualifications
