We are looking for a talented "Recruitment Consultant" to join our dynamic team. The position will be based in Beirut, Lebanon.

Job Description

1. Taking job briefs from the team leader for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right candidates to the right opportunities.
2. Preparing market mappings assigned by respective TL/Manager.
3. Actively working for the TL/ Manager on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates.
4. Having qualitative conversations with candidates either over the phone or through video-conferences to analyze skills, knowledge and personality.
5. Preparing shortlists of candidates for various positions, thereby preparing CV's and candidate's presentations.
6. Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.
7. Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database.
9. Managing interview processes between clients and candidates: preparing the candidates for their interviews, scheduling interviews, and liaising with the logistics team to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for clients/candidates if required.
