Marketing Specialist

Support the successful execution of CARMA s global marketing initiatives by assisting with content creation, campaign coordination, and day-to-day digital marketing activities. Maintain an organized digital content calendar, producing high-quality marketing content, and using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and performance. Works closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely marketing outputs aligned with the company s brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email and social media. The role involves assisting with campaign coordination, preparing marketing materials, and supporting performance tracking to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.
- Content Creation: Create, edit, and schedule marketing content such as social media posts, website copy, blog articles, and promotional materials. use AI-powered tools to support content ideation and optimization while ensuring all outputs are accurate, original, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing & Paid Media: Manage day-to-day social media activities and maintains the digital content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing. Support basic paid digital and social media campaigns and monitors engagement and performance to help improve reach and effectiveness.
- Website & SEO: Support website content updates and maintenance using CMS tools such as WordPress. The Marketing Executive assists with basic SEO practices, landing page updates, and content optimization to enhance user experience and lead generation.
- Data, Insights, and Reporting: Assist in tracking marketing KPIs and compiling campaign performance reports. Gather market, competitor, and audience insights and support the use of analytics and marketing tools to inform future improvements.
- PR & Comms: Execute communication activities by assisting with internal and external messaging, press materials, and announcements. Coordinate with PR, media, or design agencies to ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
- Collaboration and Administration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Ensure marketing assets, documentation, and calendars are well organized, accurate, and up to date, with strong attention to detail and compliance with company policies.
- Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English, including strong copy writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta platforms).
- Experience of PR and media relations.
- Experience of measurement, data and insight.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress preferable).
- Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) are a plus.
- Public speaking is a plus.
- PR and design agency coordination experience.
Technical

- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital, or communications roles.
- B2B or agency experience is a plus.
