As a Quality Assurance professional, you'll play a role in upholding the highest standards set by our department and company. Your focus will revolve around maintaining strong quality control for the products and mobile apps we develop, with unwavering attention to reliability, performance, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document quality assurance activities, testing processes, and results,

maintaining internal reporting and conducting audits. This includes

documenting scenarios, test cases, and other relevant information.

- Develop testing protocols to be implemented across all service lines, ensuring

consistency in quality assurance practices.

- Analyze and investigate product complaints and reported quality issues,

working diligently to ensure products are free of bugs and function as

intended.

- Enhance the company's testing flows to keep them up-to-date and aligned

with evolving standards and technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional dynamic teams including development,

marketing, HR, customer experience, and accounting to improve existing

products and resolve application bugs.

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

before each product release, ensuring thorough testing and verification.

- Perform manual testing of Android and iOS mobile applications to identify and

rectify issues.

- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, engineering, or a

related field.

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.

- Strong documentation skills, adept at recording quality assurance activities,

testing processes, and outcomes, including scenarios and test cases.

- Proficiency in devising testing protocols to maintain consistent quality across

all service lines.

- Skilled in analyzing and investigating product complaints and reported quality

issues, ensuring the delivery of bug-free products.

- Ability to develop and optimize the company's testing flows.

- Aptitude for aligning products with customer expectations and demands,

collaborating with various teams to achieve this goal.

- Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to enhance

products and resolve bugs.

- Strong capability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test

plans and test cases before product releases.

- Hands-on experience in manual testing of Android and iOS mobile

applications, identifying and addressing issues effectively.
